Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 6, 2026

1. Overview

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. This means that when you purchase a TubeVault subscription, your contract for payment is with Paddle, not directly with TubeVault. All refunds are processed by Paddle on our behalf.

We want you to be satisfied with TubeVault. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

TubeVault offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all first-time paid subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.

Conditions

The request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. It does not apply to renewals or upgrades.

One refund per customer account.

How to Request

Contact us through the Support system in your TubeVault dashboard and include your order ID (found in your Paddle receipt email). We will process your refund request within 5 business days and Paddle will issue the refund to your original payment method.

3. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. For renewal charges:

Refund requests for renewals must be submitted within 5 business days of the renewal charge date.

You must not have used the Service's paid features during the renewed period.

After 5 business days, renewal charges are generally non-refundable.

To avoid unwanted renewals, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date through your account settings.

4. EU/EEA Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the EU or EEA, you have the statutory right to withdraw from a new subscription contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason ("cooling-off period").

Important Notice for Digital Services

By requesting immediate access to TubeVault's paid features, you expressly consent to the Service commencing immediately and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once you begin using the paid features. If you have not used any paid features, you retain the full 14-day right of withdrawal.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us through the Support system before the 14-day period expires and before using any paid features. State clearly that you wish to withdraw from the contract. We will refund all payments received within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

This right is provided under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and cannot be waived by contract.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

After the 30-day money-back guarantee period for first-time purchases

After the 5-business-day window for renewals

For partial subscription periods (e.g., unused days remaining in a billing cycle after cancellation)

For accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations

For purchases where the 30-day guarantee was previously used on the same account

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us directly — we are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

7. How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at purchase. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer but typically takes 5–10 business days after approval.

You will receive an email confirmation from Paddle once your refund has been processed.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
