When you register or log in using Google OAuth, we receive and store:

We do not receive or store your Google password.

If you use our YouTube integration features, we collect and process the following information via YouTube API Services:
This data is used to verify channel ownership, customize high-fidelity themes, and maintain brand consistency on your TubeVault profile. We do not store or access your private activity (e.g., watch history, comments) or modify content on your YouTube account. By using TubeVault, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge Google's processing of your data as described in the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Payments (Paddle)
We use Paddle (paddle.com) as our Merchant of Record for subscription payments. Paddle handles the complete payment transaction, including:

Processing credit/debit card and other payment methods
Issuing invoices and receipts
Managing tax compliance globally
TubeVault does not store, process, or have access to your credit card number or full payment details on our servers. Paddle's handling of your payment data is governed by Paddle's own Privacy Policy, available at paddle.com/privacy.

6. Third-Party Services
We integrate with the following third-party services. Each has their own privacy policy governing their use of your data:

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law:
Account data: Retained for the duration of your account. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
Usage data: Retained for up to 24 months for analytics purposes, then anonymized or deleted.
Payment records: Retained for up to 7 years as required for tax and accounting compliance (held by Paddle as Merchant of Record).
Logs and technical data: Retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the Support system in your dashboard.
8. International Data Transfers
TubeVault operates globally. Your personal data may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you reside. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your country.
When we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or other regions with data transfer restrictions, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:
Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
Adequacy decisions where applicable
Other lawful transfer mechanisms as required
For Korean users, international transfers are conducted in compliance with Article 28-8 of the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

TubeVault is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such information.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include:

Regular security assessments
